Website and contact workflow
The website is hosted through Cloudflare infrastructure. The contact page opens a prefilled email draft addressed to Praetor Technologies; nothing is submitted by the website until a visitor chooses to send that email from their own mail client. Email communications are handled through Zoho Mail.
The current website does not intentionally include advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking scripts or third-party analytics tags. Cloudflare may process technical logs, security events and aggregate traffic information as part of hosting, DNS, CDN, abuse-prevention and security services.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you contact Praetor Technologies, we may receive your name, email address, organization, role, enquiry category, message content, correspondence metadata and any information you choose to include. The website and infrastructure providers may also process technical information such as IP address, user agent, device and browser information, timestamps, requested URLs, security events and log data.
Do not provide classified, controlled, privileged, confidential, personal case-file, sensitive operational, non-public financial or unnecessary personal information through the public website or ordinary email.
Purposes and legal bases
Praetor Technologies may process personal information to operate the website, respond to enquiries, maintain security, prevent abuse, screen restricted-party or sanctions concerns, manage records, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and evaluate potential business relationships.
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA/CPRA, PDPL-style regimes or similar privacy laws apply, expected legal bases or grounds may include pre-contract steps, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent where required, security, compliance, fraud prevention and the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Recipients and processors
Personal information may be reviewed by Praetor Technologies and authorized contributors responsible for responding, security, compliance or website administration. Infrastructure and service providers may include Cloudflare for website hosting, DNS, CDN, security and technical logs, and Zoho Mail for email hosting and mailbox delivery.
Praetor Technologies may also use professional advisers, legal advisers, accounting advisers, security providers or compliance support where necessary for lawful business, legal, security or compliance purposes.
International transfers
Website and email information may be processed in the visitor's country, provider hosting regions, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates or other jurisdictions where providers or authorized contributors operate. Where required, Praetor Technologies intends to use appropriate transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual safeguards, consent, performance of contract, legal-obligation grounds or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Retention
General enquiries are expected to be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, sanctions, export-control, procurement, fraud-prevention, dispute, compliance, accounting or legitimate business reasons. Rights requests, legal notices and compliance records may be retained for up to six years where necessary to demonstrate handling, preserve rights or comply with legal obligations.
Cloudflare, Zoho Mail and other providers may retain technical logs, delivery records, security logs, backups and abuse-prevention records according to their own service settings and policies. Praetor Technologies intends to minimize retained information where practical.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling uses, limitation of sensitive personal-information use, appeal, non-discrimination for exercising rights, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
Praetor Technologies does not intentionally sell personal information for money and does not intentionally use the website for cross-context behavioral advertising. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@praetor-technologies.com.
Minors
The website and business-facing engagement are intended for adults and authorized professional users only. Visitors under 18 must not submit personal information or enquiries through the website.
Security
Praetor Technologies intends to use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the website configuration, including access controls, minimization, provider security settings, transport security, least-privilege practices, logging, abuse prevention and retention controls. No internet service is perfectly secure.
